About the Project
The form for this beautiful home was inspired by the family’s grand piano which graces one of the many living spaces. The curves of the piano are expressed in the curves and plan view of the house. The long sunny deck is the keyboard, and it’s outdoor stair is suggestive of the piano seat.
Inside, the sumptuously-curved grand stairway in the entrance foyer leads the eye around the many open-plan living areas that lead off this central double-height foyer space, flooded with light that emanates like music throughout the home.
